For many visitors, tour guides are the face of Trinity.

Admissions tour guides have the most sought-out student jobs on campus, but the job is demanding.

Tour guides have to be ready at the drop of a hat to put on a fresh face and guide prospective families around campus. For many Trinity students, tour guides were the first people they met on campus, so making a good first impression is part of the job. Tour guides also have to keep Trinity trivia at hand for both their routine guides and for unexpected questions.

Trinity tourists who end up matriculating often carry that trivia with them. Students studying in the library commonly hear tours pass by the staircase mural and affectionately remember the spiel they heard on their first tour.

Although no substitute for the real thing, Trinity also offers virtual reality tours for those who can’t come see the campus.
